Close-knit community
A small, warm, high-quality environment for families who identify with our values.
AdmissionsWho we are
At Floresta de Vida, we accompany our students’ education through principles inspired by Waldorf education, in an environment that respects each child’s development and encourages a continual awakening of creativity.
Our purpose is to develop mind, body, and spirit by strengthening feeling, will, and free thinking.
Waldorf InspirationOur mission
To offer families a warm, high-quality space of accompaniment where their children can grow and develop by exploring and discovering themselves more fully.
Our vision
To be, for our students and families, not only an academic space but a formative one that feels like a second home.
We seek to create a small, close, high-quality community made up of families who identify with our values and principles.
Waldorf Inspiration
Waldorf education is based on a curriculum designed as the best nourishment for each stage of a child’s development. It combines practice with academic rigor, creating deep and meaningful learning through experience.
Educational approach
Experiential learning
Knowledge is built through experience, practice, and observation.
Art and creativity
We integrate music, literature, form drawing, handwork, modeling, weaving, and artistic expression.
Nature and movement
The garden, walks, movement, and rhythmic activities are part of the educational day.
Integral development
We seek to balance cognitive and emotional intelligence with physical activity, art, and practical life.
Daily rhythm in elementary school
The elementary day balances cognitive and emotional intelligence with physical activity. Each subject integrates academic work with fine and practical arts.
The main lesson is the initial academic period, where children work in four- or five-week blocks on one grade-level subject, accompanied by rhythmic activities and curriculum-based storytelling.
